Step 1: Accessing Your Dashboard
- Navigate to the Enigma Genomics Portal.
- Hover over your name at the top right corner and click on “My Dashboard”.
Note: Ensure that you are logged in to your provider account.

Step 2: Accessing Orders
- Click on “ORDERS” in the navigation panel on the left.

Step 3: Searching for an Order
- On the “Orders” page, use the available search options to find the specific order that you want to cancel
- Select a value from the “SEARCH BY” dropdown menu.
- Enter the corresponding value in the “SEARCH VALUE” field.
- Press enter or click on the search icon.

Step 4: Transferring Order
- Once you locate the desired order, click the “Cancel Order” button.
For example, here we search for a sample with ID EG24A443.

Step 5: Enter details and submit cancellation
