Step 1: Accessing Your Dashboard

1. Navigate to the Enigma Genomics Portal.
2. Hover over your name at the top right corner and click on “My Dashboard”.

Note: Ensure that you are logged in to your provider account.

Step 2: Accessing Orders

1. Click on “REPORTS” in the navigation panel on the left.

Step 3: Searching for an Order

1. On the “Reports” page, use the available search options to find the specific report you want to see.
   1. Select a value from the “SEARCH BY” dropdown menu.
   2. Enter the corresponding value in the “SEARCH VALUE” field.
   3. Press enter or click on the search icon.

Step 4: View Report

1. Once you locate the report, check if the report is available on the portal to see or is yet to be released.
2. If the report is available click “View Report” to see the report.

1. If it’s not, you will see a message showing a date range in which you can expect the report to be released.
