Step 1: Accessing Your Dashboard
- Navigate to the Enigma Genomics Portal.
- Hover over your name at the top right corner and click on “My Dashboard”.
Note: Ensure that you are logged in to your provider account.

Step 2: Accessing Orders
- Click on “REPORTS” in the navigation panel on the left.

Step 3: Searching for an Order
- On the “Reports” page, use the available search options to find the specific report you want to see.
- Select a value from the “SEARCH BY” dropdown menu.
- Enter the corresponding value in the “SEARCH VALUE” field.
- Press enter or click on the search icon.

Step 4: View Report
- Once you locate the report, check if the report is available on the portal to see or is yet to be released.
- If the report is available click “View Report” to see the report.

- If it’s not, you will see a message showing a date range in which you can expect the report to be released.
