Step 1: Accessing Your Dashboard

  1. Navigate to the Enigma Genomics Portal.
  2. Hover over your name at the top right corner and click on “My Dashboard”.

Note: Ensure that you are logged in to your provider account.

Step 2: Analysing Data

  1. Once you are on the dashboard page, you can see different samples and on which stage they are now.
  2. Different columns refers to different stages of the sample.
    1. ID - states the sample ID and test performed on that sample
    2. Order - “Complete” means the order is created successfully and “Cancelled” states that order is cancelled by the team.
    3. Kit - “To Lab” States that if the sample is received at the lab or yet to be received
    4. Consent - States that consent is uploaded to system or not.
    5. Report - Three different states are there in this stage
      1. Created - Report is being reviewed
      2. Released - Report is available to view
      3. Notified - Concerned provider has been notified for this report
    6. TAT Met - “Yes” means the report is released with in the defined TAT (Turn Around Time) and “No” means that report exceeded that defined TAT.

  1. You can hover your cursor on different cells to view more details.

    For example, if you hover for sample on the 3rd column and it says “To Lab”, then you can see the receiving date and time for that sample.

    Or if you hover for a sample on the “Consent” column, you can see the date on which it was uploaded

  2. If a row appears completely in red colour, that means the sample has been cancelled.

Step 3: Applying Custom Filters to Search Specific Data

  1. Utilise the custom filters located at the top of the table to retrieve data based on specific criteria.

    For example, you can filter samples within a specific date range.
